Therapy is my passion. Guiding, witnessing, and supporting a fellow human on their journey to self-discovery, self-acceptance, growth, and self-love, is the biggest honor I could ever hope to experience. This journey takes courage and strength, but is also accompanied by laughter, joy, and relieve.
In 2015 I graduated with my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University in Maryland, USA. During my studies I took interest in adults and teenagers struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, sex addiction, and more. I studied treatments developed specifically for military members, their families, and veterans.
After graduation I moved to Utah and worked with clients in individual and group therapy at different levels of care (weekly sessions or day treatment). I was especially effective working with clients healing from severe childhood trauma, batteling sex addiction, struggle in their relationships, or going through one of life’s transition.
Currently, I am living in Japan, near the USA Air Force Base in Fussa, Tokyo,
I am happy to provide individual therapy to clients located in Utah via telehealth and in person sessions to fellow English speakers here, in Japan.
